Job Summary

Stateside Brands is looking for a motivated Finance Co‑op to support our accounting and finance team with day‑to‑day operations and month‑end responsibilities. 


This position will work onsite at our Philadelphia headquarters.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end close procedures including journal entry and balance sheet account reconciliation preparation
  • Enter invoices for payment and ensure timely delivery to vendors. Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors
  • Various data entry including new customer and new vendor set ups, item price entry and updates
  • Log daily PLCB consumption advices and create weekly sales orders and invoices for the PLCB
  • Perform various ad-hoc financial analysis, as necessary
    • E.g. Quarterly PLCB accounts receivable reconciliation
  • Assist with audit requests, as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Compensation:

  • $15-$17 USD per hour
