About the Role

Job Description

JD for Analyst (Little experience)

Max. Package targeting:

Your Role:

  • Synthesized data from several data sources (SAP, BPCS, Xtel, Tesco, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) to produce a consolidated Excel view for the stakeholders. 
  • Conduct statistical analysis and data analysis on the different KPIs. 
  • Identify data inconsistencies and implement data quality checks and processes. 
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and standard operating procedures for the different business processes. 
  • Should be ready to tackle challenges and meet SLA. 
  • Assist with identifying impediments across work streams and collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to resolve issues promptly. 
  • To be able to implement extensive data cleansing and analysis, using pivot tables, formulas (v-lookup and other), and conditional formatting to large datasets. 
  • Should be able to perform variance analysis on different data sets like (budget & forecast tracking) 
  • Prepare and facilitate PMO meetings. 
  • Follow-up with stakeholders and data stewards to fill gaps in data. 
  • Participate in developing best practices for product data and content analysis and reporting. 

About You:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree, preferably in accounting, or finance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably from an MNC, captive shared service centre, or multi-location organization.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

JD for Analyst (Fresher) (Required count – 7)

Your Role:

  • Freshers/Graduates from universities
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and standard operating procedures for the different business processes. 
  • Should be ready to tackle challenges and meet SLA. 
  • To be able to implement extensive data cleansing and analysis, using pivot tables, formulas (v-lookup and other), and conditional formatting to large datasets. 
  • Prepare and facilitate PMO meetings. 
  • Follow-up with stakeholders and data stewards to fill gaps in data. 
  • Participate in developing best practices for product data and content analysis and reporting. 

About You:
