Job Description
JD for Analyst (Little experience)
Max. Package targeting:
Your Role:
- Synthesized data from several data sources (SAP, BPCS, Xtel, Tesco, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) to produce a consolidated Excel view for the stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data analysis on the different KPIs.
- Identify data inconsistencies and implement data quality checks and processes.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and standard operating procedures for the different business processes.
- Should be ready to tackle challenges and meet SLA.
- Assist with identifying impediments across work streams and collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to resolve issues promptly.
- To be able to implement extensive data cleansing and analysis, using pivot tables, formulas (v-lookup and other), and conditional formatting to large datasets.
- Should be able to perform variance analysis on different data sets like (budget & forecast tracking)
- Prepare and facilitate PMO meetings.
- Follow-up with stakeholders and data stewards to fill gaps in data.
- Participate in developing best practices for product data and content analysis and reporting.
About You:
- Bachelor/master’s degree, preferably in accounting, or finance.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably from an MNC, captive shared service centre, or multi-location organization.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
JD for Analyst (Fresher) (Required count – 7)
Your Role:
- Freshers/Graduates from universities
- Create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and standard operating procedures for the different business processes.
- Should be ready to tackle challenges and meet SLA.
- To be able to implement extensive data cleansing and analysis, using pivot tables, formulas (v-lookup and other), and conditional formatting to large datasets.
