The Team is a culture-centric agency built to serve the best talent, brands and properties in the world. The Golf Talent division in our Toronto chapter is the Canadian extension of Wasserman’s renowned Talent Management practice.

What You'll Do:  

  • Build and edit athlete biographical information.
  • Assist in organizing client schedules, sponsorship outings, and charitable endeavors. 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for internal staff, visiting colleagues, and clients.
  • Regularly prepare media summaries for each client. 
  • Actively follow and track client and key industry social media channels. 
  • Track current and prospective client performance.
  • Prepare marketing materials for presentations to potential and existing corporate partners.
  • Organize conference calls and meetings (internal and external).
  • Research marketplace opportunities for prospective sales.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of the clients’ businesses and competitive environment.
  • General administrative support as assigned.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Currently completing a post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business / Marketing / Sport Management. Candidates must be eligible to receive course credit through completion.
  • Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:30pm.
  • Hybrid work-from-home/in-office role (in-office 3+ days per week required)
  • Passion for sports and business.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Well-developed communication, time management, and basic administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities.
  • Articulate, excellent communication and diplomacy skills to resolve client matters.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to network and form lasting professional relationships.

Internship Program Details

  • Must be able to earn college credit for an internship
  • Time commitment of 15 – 20 hours per week
  • Runs from May 4th, 2026 to August 28th, 2026
