We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for the summer of 2026 in Racine, WI.

- Work with members of the Operations team to develop, maintain, or improve standardized processes within the manufacturing facility
- Document tooling, fixturing, gaging, lifting devices, and other equipment
- Learning/writing coded programs for multi-axis CNC machines
- Designing/prototyping assembly/manufacturing support fixtures and tools
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred) from an accredited university.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Experience working as part of a team and independently in an autonomous work environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Thorough, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with MS Suite
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
