About the Role

Job Description

At EisnerAmper, we look for individuals who welcome new ideas, encourage innovation, and are eager to make an impact. Whether you’re starting out in your career or taking your next step as a seasoned professional, the EisnerAmper experience is one-of-a-kind. You can design a career you’ll love from top to bottom – we give you the tools you need to succeed and the autonomy to reach your goals.
Join the EisnerAI team to support AI governance by completing a set of methodology and documentation improvements based on lessons learned from recent assessments. The goal is to improve intake accuracy, strengthen control implementation guidance, and produce clearer, more consistent outputs across assessments.

What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:

  • You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry

  • You will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards

  • We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions

What you’ll be doing:

Primary Project: Governance Updates

  • You’ll work through a list of improvements mapped to AI governance templates and guidance. You will coordinate edits, ensure consistency across materials, and help produce an implementation-ready documentation set that is easier for teams to use correctly.

  • Improve intake workflow clarity and accuracy, create stronger architecture discovery questions and guidance, and develop clearer lifecycle stage definitions and expectations

  • Update the platform/solution intake questionnaire to improve how teams report system connectivity (including clearer read vs. write distinctions) and model/vendor identification

  • Revise the question bank to improve architecture discovery completeness, ownership tagging and accountability, and connectivity and data-flow clarity

  • Update the assessment output template to improve usability

  • Update the control methodology guidance to better define preliminary assessments and requirements to move from pilot to production (“production readiness” gating concepts)

Secondary Projects:

  • Run shadow assessments on previously assessed tools using the updated templates; summarize gaps and improvement opportunities

  • Draft an updated AI governance onboarding guide to help new stakeholders adopt the process quickly

  • Create a simplified self-service guide for smaller/lower-complexity tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s program in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Risk, Public Policy, Communications, Technical Writing, or similar)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Have the availability to work in-office 3 days a week (Monday – Friday; 8:30 am – 5:30 pm).

  • This position can sit in one of the following offices: Atlanta, John’s Creek, Philadelphia, Iselin, or New York City

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, audit, or control frameworks (coursework or internship experience)

  • Experience improving questionnaires, templates, or documentation based on real feedback

  • Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and drive decisions

  • Strong “operator mindset”: clarity, usability, consistency, and auditability
