Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Strategy& Trainee (m/f/d). What if it was you? 

 

Your mission: As part of our Strategy& Luxembourg team, you will support consultants working on strategic projects across sectors. You will help conduct research, analyse data, and contribute to problem‑solving that shapes recommendations for leading clients. This is a unique opportunity to discover strategy consulting, learn how our team works, and gain exposure to topics such as data and AI strategy, go-to market strategies, growth and strategic positioning. 

You will be surrounded by experienced consultants, receive guidance throughout your internship, and play an active role in delivering meaningful work - all while building the foundations of your consulting skill set in a dynamic, collaborative environment. 

 

 

Be a part of our team where you will:   

  • Support market research and data gathering for ongoing client projects;

  • Contribute to the analysis of qualitative and quantitative information;

  • Help prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials;

  • Assist consultants in structuring problems and developing insights;

  • Participate in internal discussions, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions;

  • Gain exposure to Strategy& methodologies, tools and ways of working;

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional PwC teams when relevant;

  • Support preparation for client meetings and business development activities;

  • Learn how strategic recommendations are built and delivered;

  • Be part of a supportive environment focused on learning and development.

  • Are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field;

  • Are curious about strategy consulting and the financial services industry;

  • Enjoy research, problem‑solving and analytical work;

  • Can structure information clearly and communicate effectively;

  • Are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment;

  • Have strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset;

  • Are eager to learn from experienced consultants and contribute to real projects;

  • Feel motivated by challenges and by working on meaningful topics;

  • Are fluent in English (French, German or Luxembourgish is a strong asset);

  • Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a willingness to grow.
