About the Role

Objectives of the Position  

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Global Operations Support department, supporting Maritime activities for EMEA Region.

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the operations team
  • Where needed, support certain units with daily troubleshooting tasks
  • Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making. 
  • Prepare documentation to support operational processes. 
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Manage and track pending operational tasks to ensure timely communication

     

Job Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Business Information System, Information Technology or any related disciplines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good command of written and spoken English is necessity.
