Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) dans l'amélioration du processus Quality Escape Recovery (QSR) - Programme A320 (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse (Saint-Martin).

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 13 personnes au sein du département « End to end containment and solving », en charge de contenir et résoudre les non-conformités qualité (escapes). Votre apprentissage consistera à supporter l'amélioration, la digitalisation et la simplification du processus QSR (Quality Survey Report).

Cet apprentissage, d'une durée de 1 an, débutera idéalement en septembre 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Simplifier et automatiser les routines quotidiennes et les processus opérationnels de l'équipe.
• Piloter les indicateurs de performance : Revoir, harmoniser et simplifier les KPI internes ainsi que ceux utilisés avec les sous-traitants.
• Proposer de nouveaux leviers de mesure pour optimiser le suivi de la performance qualité.
• Harmoniser les parcours d'apprentissage au sein de l'équipe pour assurer une montée en compétences homogène.
• Dynamiser la communication interne : Mettre à jour et enrichir le site web interne du réseau QSR (nouveaux points focaux, publications, sessions de formation).

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre apprentissage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.
Ce apprentissage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion de projet d'amélioration continue dans un environnement industriel complexe.
• Maîtrise du management de la qualité et des processus de résolution de problèmes.
• Capacité d'analyse de données (KPI) et communication transversale à l'échelle européenne.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+3, Bac+4 ou Bac+5 dans le domaine de l'Ingénierie Industrielle, de la Qualité ou du Management de Projet et recherchez un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Compétences techniques : Connaissances de base en statistiques, aisance avec les outils collaboratifs digitaux (G Suite, SharePoint/Web design simple). Une première approche de la résolution de problèmes est un plus.
• Soft skills : Curiosité, autonomie, esprit d'équipe, dynamisme et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés à travers l'Europe.
• Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : Courant (échanges internationaux réguliers)

Français : Courant

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice on A320 Quality Escape Recovery (QSR) process improvement (M/F)" has just opened within the Quality Program Single Aisle on Toulouse - Saint Martin site.

You will join the “End to end containment and solving” department in charge of containing and solving quality escapes.

This apprenticeship will consist in supporting the QSR process improvement and simplification.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1 year.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Helping the team to simplify and automatize daily routings.

• Review, harmonize and simplify our internal KPI (Key Performance Indicator) landscape.

• Review the KPI landscape used with our subcontractors and propose new ones.

• Harmonize the different QSR learning paths for our team.

• Improve our communication towards the QSR network by updating and enriching our department internal web page with:

  • New focal points in the team

  • Structured records from previous communication sessions

  • Updated QSR learning path

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC +3, +4 or +5 level training in the field of Industrial Engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

- Basic statistical knowledge.

- Problem solving experience is a plus.

- Good communication skills in an international environment.

- Willingness to interact with different people and functions across Europe.

- Curiosity, autonomy, team work and energy.

Language skills:

- English: fluent

- French: fluent
