About the Role

In order to support our Senior Recruiter Officer, in her daily tasks, we are looking for our future Trainee Recruiter from July 2026. For a minimum of 6-month full time internship.

Your Role

  • Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant channels;
  • Manage applications from A to Z;
  • Organize and lead interviews;
  • Manage offer and hiring process up to employment contract signature;
  • Participate in the On-boarding process of our new joiners;
  • Participate in job fairs and career events;
  • Participate in our Applicant Tracking System implementation;
  • Contribute to process improvement and optimization;
  • Follow up on budget and Recruitment KPIs;
  • Participate in other recruitment initiatives such as employer branding campaign.

Your profile

  • You are studying towards a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field;
  • First experience in the recruitment field is an asset;
  • Strong sense of confidentiality;
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills;
  • Good computer skills (MS suite);
  • Rigor and autonomy;
  • Fluency in French and English.
