About the Role

We are looking for a structured and proactive Student Assistant with an interest in recruitment and employer attraction. In this role, you will support recruitment processes, coordinate tasks while gaining hands-on experience within Talent Attraction

 

Support recruitment processes and talent attraction initiatives

As our new Student Assistant in the TA team, you will support a variety of recruitment and coordination activities across the organization. You will help ensure a smooth recruitment process while also contributing to employer branding initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

  • Supporting recruitment processes through administrative tasks such as preparing job advertisements and creating job postings in our recruitment system SAP and LinkedIn
  • Assisting with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and supporting recruitment-related activities
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and talent attraction partners
  • Managing recruitment tools and systems including sending assessments through Deeper Signals and creating projects on the platform
  • Supporting employer branding activities such as career fairs, internships, and maintenance of the internal career site
  • Handling various administrative and ad hoc tasks related to recruitment activities

You will report to the Talent Attraction Partner, Sara Skafsgaard Hansen, and become part of the Talent Attraction team within the People & Culture department in Odense.

 

Who are you? 

We imagine that you are currently studying a relevant degree within HR, Business Administration, Anthropology, Communication, or a related field. We imagine that you are well on your way in your study and have finished your first 3 semesters. As a person, we are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. You take initiative, enjoy coordinating tasks, and have an interest in recruitment and talent attraction.

 

Furthermore, you:

  • Have strong coordination skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must; understanding of Danish is an asset
  • Are curious about recruitment processes and talent attraction
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with different stakeholders

Experience with recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, or coordination tasks is considered an advantage but not a requirement.
