Responsibilities also involve supporting the Product Manager in drafting essential project documentation like PRDs and user manuals, and coordinating key digital projects across their lifecycle.

The Position

  • AI产品原型与辅助： 协助团队进行需求调研、竞品分析，并参与AI工具的测试与反馈收集。
  • 高标准文档建设： 负责协助产品经理完成项目相关文档的撰写与整理，包括但不限于：需求说明文档、产品需求文档（PRD）、用户手册等。
  • 项目运营协同： 参与重点数字化项目的全生命周期管理，协调跨部门沟通，确保项目按时、高质量推进。
  • 团队辅助支持： 负责日常行政辅助工作，维护团队知识库，追踪医疗AI领域的最新行业动态。
