Job Description

Usually, part of the second or third year curriculum. They normally participate in a temporary, supervised work placement within the company for a defined duration. These placements aim to provide students with practical experience in the field - students work with the business to put their knowledge into practice. This group usually focuses on a specific problem / assignment to finish their placement successfully. In some cases they are not consiered part of the company's workforce (headcount) and are not assigned to the company's grading structure .
