We work alongside project developers, owners, and engineering & construction firms to support the design, optimization, and construction of huge solar projects around the world. Our team is a blend of solar-industry veterans and newbies, thought-leaders, dreamers, software, electrical and mechanical engineers, coders, product managers, project managers, and sales and marketing professionals. We are based in Northern California, with several other offices in the United States and around the world.

Job Description As a Project Delivery Intern, you will support the Project Operations & Delivery team in managing and executing solar energy projects. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, customer engagement, and data analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and sub-contractors. This internship provides an opportunity to develop essential project management skills in the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

· Assisting with schedule tracking, invoicing and purchasing activities, document control, action tracking, and general administrative support across active projects.

· Help coordinate meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders.

· Facilitate the adoption of AI capabilities through the identification of new automation opportunities and process refinement suggestions which may reduce the human labor requirements through AI-based tool utilization (copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

· Assisting with customer feedback collection for Construct web and mobile app features and participating in analysis and reporting of feedback to support feature development.

· Support customer engagement efforts by preparing presentations and status updates.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

· Support Cora PPM administrative duties such as monitoring the help desk email, tracking bug tickets and resolutions, managing action item tracker, and building reports for Project Managers.

· Assist with quality and systems initiatives, including QMS implementation support and ensuring project documentation meets required standards.

· Support the team in optimizing documenting lessons learned, project tracking, and workflows, including support for ARENA BOM implementation and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, GIS/Remote Sensing, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Advanced skill with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Interest or coursework in renewable energy, project management, or data analytics.

· Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar).

· Familiarity with solar energy components and construction processes is a plus

· Location: Hybrid (Remote/In-office)

· Duration: 3-5 months

· Schedule: Part time or full time

· Salary: $25/hour
