About the Role

(Full-time/Long-term Internship) 

 

Hours Per Week: Approximately 35 hours per week (standard business hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Schedules are flexible to accommodate current student class commitments.

 

Approximate Duration: May 2026 through early/mid-2027. Internships may last up to 11 months from the start date.

 

Hybrid Work Schedule: Interns are expected to work onsite Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

 

Basic Function of the Position: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Data Operations Intern to support our data team in maintaining accurate, consistent, and reliable data across multiple systems. This role will focus on auditing and validating data between Salesforce and internal data sources, including CRM, Finance, and Membership systems.
 
Critical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform data audits by comparing and validating records across Salesforce, CRM platforms,
  • Finance systems, and Membership databases
  • Identify discrepancies, duplicates, and data integrity issues across systems
  • Update and correct records in Salesforce to ensure alignment with source systems
  • Assist with ongoing data cleanup and standardization efforts
  • Document findings and provide recommendations to improve data quality and processes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Membership teams to resolve data inconsistencies
  • Support ad hoc data-related projects as needed 
     

Education and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets required)
  • Interest in data management, operations, or analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
