Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the Legal & Compliance team by drafting legal documents, assisting with legal investigations, and monitoring adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and industry codes of ethics. Responsibilities also include supporting the implementation of legal and ethical mandates and handling corporate and commercial legal tasks like drafting board meeting minutes and power of attorney documents.

Si eres estudiante de últimos semestres de Derecho consideras que tienes un nivel de inglés B2 - C2  y te interesa explorar el área de Legal & Compliance ( Derecho Corporativo); te invitamos a que hagas parte de este equipo.

Donde harás parte de proyectos críticos y de impacto para el negocio, en temas de Compliance, apoyando en elaboración de documentos legales, apoyo en investigaciones legales y monitoreo del cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas, regulaciones locales y Códigos de ética de la industria.  


 

¿Qué harías?

  • Elaborar documentos legales atendiendo la operatividad del negocio y regulaciones locales.

  • Apoyar al Legal & Compliance Business Partner Pharma en diversas tareas incluidas la realización de investigaciones legales, redacción y revisión de documentos.

  • Preparar sesiones de capacitación en asuntos legales, regulatorios y de compliance, cuando sea requeridas. 

  • Apoyar a los diferentes Legal & Compliance Business Partners Pharma/DIA/DC en la implementación de los mandatos legales y éticos aplicables en Colombia, a través de herramientas innovadoras. 

  • Realizar y acompañar las labores de monitoreo y seguimiento al cumplimiento de las acciones correctivas y preventivas que correspondan para el cabal cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas, regulaciones locales y código de ética de la industria farmacéutica de AFIDRO y normas vigentes.

  • Soportar las labores que tengan impacto legal corporativo y comercial que requiera el negocio tales como elaboración de Actas de Junta directiva, modificaciones estatutarias, otorgamiento de poderes generales y especiales y sus correspondientes trámites ante las Autoridades. 

  • Apoyar en entrenamiento y consultas relacionadas con la herramienta de contratos ECML y el procedimiento de contratación. 

¿Quién eres?

  • Eres estudiante de últimos semestres de la carrera de Derecho.

  • Tienes manejo de paquete de Microsoft Office.

  • Tienes manejo de Inglés Intermedio - avanzado.
