Summer 2026 Internship - May 26 - August 14

Must be currently enrolled full time in a university degree program pursing a master degree only.  Must not have graduated before September 2026

We are seeking a Validation Intern to join our team for a summer internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of validation plans and perform validation activities for new silicon products, including DDR5 Data Buffers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—such as Design, Test, and Marketing—to interpret product requirements and develop robust validation strategies.
  • Operate lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, BERT, DTG, and other instrumentation, to conduct electrical characterization and performance measurements.
  • Prepare detailed test documentation, including procedures, results, and engineering reports, while contributing to the ongoing refinement of validation methodologies.
  • Participate in silicon debug efforts, collaborating closely with Design and Test Engineers to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Support the development and optimization of automated test frameworks and validation scripts to increase efficiency and streamline validation workflows.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled full time in a university degree program pursing a master degree.  Must not have graduated before September 2026
  • Strong foundation in digital and analog circuit design, semiconductor device fundamentals, and computer architecture.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and measurement techniques used in silicon validation, including Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, and Signal Generators.
  • Proficiency in Python for test automation, data analysis, and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Python-based automation of lab instruments such as programmable Power Supplies, Multimeters, and Oscilloscopes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to diagnose complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
