In the Youth Apprenticeship Program, you would:

  • Train as an Automotive Express Technician.
  • Learn from a Toyota trained technician.
  • Access to Toyota manufacturer training.
  • Create connections with car lovers, employees, interns and other like-minded individuals.
  • Work in a fast-paced large shop where there is always something new to explore.
  • Skills/ developmental checkpoints
  • Earn $17 per hour.

They include, but are not limited to:

  • At least 16 years of age or older
  • Must be an approved high school student
  • Minimal experience needed; on-the-job training provided
  • A desire to grow and progress in the automotive service industry
  • A positive approach and team-first mindset where you are a collaborative and supportive teammate
  • Forward-thinking, progressive and dynamic - always focused on continuous improvement and individual and team growth and development
  • Being curious and agile, having a desire to embrace new experiences, and ability to quickly adapt to ever-evolving technology
  • Strong communication and listening skills, ability to communicate with team members and others
