The Role:

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will report to the Customer Experience Manager and handle inbound calls from potential customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. Your ability to engage customers and provide excellent service will be key to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and general inquiries.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Ensure all customer inquiries (via email or phone) are responded to in a timely manner.

  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution and set tasks to the appropriate priority levels. 

  • Content translation and documentation efforts.

  • Collect and consolidate customer satisfaction data.

  • Residential deactivation data validation

 

 Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Administration, Commerce, or a related field

  • Strong interest in Customer Experience (CE), HR, or business operations

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Language Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French and English) — both written and spoken

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP’s eligibility requirements.
