Covering engineering, product development, and technical innovation, the team designs, builds, and operates the satellites, systems, and platforms that make our missions possible. It’s a highly collaborative environment where ideas become real hardware, software, and data solutions that deliver impact from space.

As a Software Engineer (Flight Dynamics) Intern, you will join our Ground Segment Team, contributing to the development of software that underpins satellite mission design, planning, and operations. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and space systems, supporting capabilities such as orbit determination, manoeuvre planning, and mission analysis.

You will work on a modern, cloud-native platform, building scalable services that enable autonomous satellite operations. From early design through to deployment, you will take ownership of features and contribute to systems that directly impact both our missions and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain software for satellite operations

  • Develop flight dynamics capabilities and tools

  • Work across the full lifecycle: design → build → deploy

  • Collaborate with engineers, operators, and systems teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong foundations in maths, physics, or a related field

  • Practical knowledge of Python, Go, or similar

  • Solid software engineering fundamentals

  • Interest in space systems / orbital mechanics
