We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college intern to support both our Marketing and Sales Development teams for Automate. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing execution and outbound sales, working closely with experienced professionals across both functions.

Marketing Responsibilities
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including setup and QA in HubSpot

  • Support marketing automation efforts (based on opens, clicks, and engagement)
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting
  • Maintain and clean marketing lists (list pruning and data hygiene)

• Assist with Salesforce setup and data alignment
• Audit and validate tracking across campaigns
• Support keyword monitoring and SEO initiatives
• Help implement SEO audit recommendations
• Assist with social media posting and performance monitoring
• Support backlink outreach efforts to improve domain authority

Sales Development (BDR/SDR) Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling and email outreach
• Use tools such as SalesIntel and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research prospects
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route opportunities to Account Executives
• Collaborate closely with Account Reps on account strategy and outreach
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and notes in CRM systems
• Support pipeline generation efforts through consistent outreach activity
• Learn and apply messaging for Automate solutions in real-world conversations
• Participate in team meetings, call reviews, and training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS
• Current college student (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Interest in marketing, sales, or technology
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
