What You Will Do *

• Perform manual deburring, blending, peening and general inspection. 

• Read and follow established procedures and work instructions. 

• Understand and interpret the blueprint manufacturing instructions.  

• Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures. 

• Maintain day to day 6S Lean activities to create a safe work environment. 

• Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.     

• Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.  

• Comply with the Code of Ethics and International Trade Compliance. 

• Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

What You Will Learn

• The EHS System, Quality System, Manufacturing system of an MNC company

• Team dynamics and communication skills

Qualifications You Must Have *

• NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ “O” levels in Precision, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 

• Fresh graduates with keen interest to join the Aerospace industry is welcome. 

• Able to read and interpret the work instruction and blueprint.  

• Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the tools and equipment.  

Qualifications We Prefer

• 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Precision Engineering or Machining.
