Responsibilities  

• Assist Engineers with literature research, Design of Experiment, executing trials, Data collection and desktop engineering evaluation to support process improvement, RSA and understanding KPI/ KPO.

• Execute Engineering business processes improvement - data collections/ collating requirement from ATD/ 5S of shared folders.

• Collect physical, dimensional and laboratory evaluation of repair trials to validate new repair methods and capability, assist Engineers on Repair Source Approval process.

• Assist engineers in trend reporting and process improvement.  

• Assist to update instruction / write eSOPs. first article inspection (FAI), root cause analysis.  

• Support ongoing investigation and draft investigate report on ongoing/new processes.   

• Support engineers on ongoing projects and task as assigned

Requirements  

• Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related engineering fields.  

• Proficient in MS Office.  

• Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus. 

• Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedure (SOP). 

• Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.

• Learn how to read and interpret engineering drawing and understanding of technical data.
