OnsiteWhat You Will Do *
Assist in department’s development on long term strategic plan. Role involves:
Collaborating with Accounts Manager understanding their respective market and needs
Researching on key accounts’ fleet composition and developments
Supporting department in developing short/long term business strategy
Support the Customer Accounts Manager in project manage engine shop visits:
Assist in account receivables, contract management, invoicing, industrial support claims, logistics, technical, forecasting or any other related matters
Support the Customer Accounts Manager on developing/preparation of weekly communications and status on engine shop visit progress
Support the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving consistent industrial leading Market Feedback Analysis (MFA)
What You Will Learn
Well verse on the commercial processes of a company
Be able to manage information and draw trend analysis from it
Able to present the trend on PowerPoint and articulate well to the Manager in charge
Associate academic learnings on frameworks like Project Management, Product Marketing, Data Analysis, Forecasting concepts, Continuous Improvement
