What You Will Do *

Assist in department’s development on long term strategic plan. Role involves:

• Collaborating with Accounts Manager understanding their respective market and needs

• Researching on key accounts’ fleet composition and developments

• Supporting department in developing short/long term business strategy

• Support the Customer Accounts Manager in project manage engine shop visits:

• Assist in account receivables, contract management, invoicing, industrial support claims, logistics, technical, forecasting or any other related matters

• Support the Customer Accounts Manager on developing/preparation of weekly communications and status on engine shop visit progress

• Support the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving consistent industrial leading Market Feedback Analysis (MFA)

What You Will Learn

• Well verse on the commercial processes of a company

• Be able to manage information and draw trend analysis from it

• Able to present the trend on PowerPoint and articulate well to the Manager in charge

• Associate academic learnings on frameworks like Project Management, Product Marketing, Data Analysis, Forecasting concepts, Continuous Improvement
