Intern Buyer

Assist the procurement team in completing daily operational support work, participate in basic tasks such as supplier management, order follow-up, data organization, and process optimization, and gain practical understanding of the enterprise's procurement operation system.
Assist the procurement specialist in collecting, organizing, and archiving supplier information, including business licenses, qualification certificates, quotations, etc;
Responsible for collecting, organizing, and archiving contracts, ensuring that the information is complete, clearly classified, and easy to access;
Follow up on the execution status of purchase orders, communicate with suppliers on delivery dates, shipping and arrival information, and ensure timely delivery of materials;
Assist in processing procurement contracts, PO (purchase order) entry, verification, and system maintenance (such as ERP);
Assist in organizing and updating material master data, BOM list, and supplier directory;
Coordinate monthly procurement data analysis, such as spend analysis, delivery performance (OTD), quality PPM and other basic statistics;
Support daily administrative affairs of the department, such as meeting minutes, document transmission, coordination of sample delivery, etc;
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
