Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the preparation and contribute to the leasing plan for Bugis Junction

  • Assist the team in the general marketing of units 

  • Conduct research on the retail mall market 

  • Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing as assigned 

 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) 

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented 

  • Basic knowledge of market research methodologies 

  • Ability to multi-task 

  • Creative problem-solving skills
