Job Description:

1. Role Overview
This internship is designed to give a high-potential student meaningful, hands-on exposure to how transformation and AI initiatives are identified, shaped, delivered, and adopted within a large enterprise environment. The role sits within the Transformation & Agile team and supports real work across AI adoption, change enablement, continuous improvement, and value tracking. Rather than acting as general support, the intern will contribute to defined initiatives, produce tangible outputs, and learn how technology and AI are translated into practical business outcomes.

The role is particularly suited to a student who is curious about how AI moves from idea to impact, including how opportunities are identified, how teams align around them, how adoption is encouraged, and how results are communicated to stakeholders.

2. Learning Objectives & Development Focus
By the end of the internship, the intern should have developed a practical understanding of how transformation and AI work happens in an enterprise environment. This includes exposure to how opportunities are identified, how teams collaborate across functions, how change is supported, and how value is tracked and communicated.
Expected learning outcomes include:

  • Understanding how Transformation, Agile, Digital, and business teams work together to deliver meaningful change.
  • Building practical skills in structured problem analysis, synthesis, documentation, and presentation of insights.
  • Developing exposure to AI adoption activities, including enablement materials, communications, simple measurement, and feedback gathering.
  • Learning how to support workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions in a way that creates clarity and momentum.
  • Strengthening professional capabilities such as communication, ownership, collaboration, and business-oriented thinking.

3. Key Responsibilities
The intern will contribute to a selected set of real initiatives. Exact focus may vary based on team priorities, but work will typically include 3–5 of the areas below:
AI Opportunity & Problem Discovery

  • Support the team in analysing business problems, pain points, or opportunities where AI or better ways of working may create value.
  • Help organize findings into simple, clear summaries that compare current challenges, possible approaches, and expected benefits.
  • AI Adoption & Enablement
  • Assist in preparing practical materials that support AI adoption, such as summaries, communication content, demo narratives, or simple usage insights.
  • Support activities that help colleagues understand how AI tools can be used responsibly and effectively in day-to-day work.
  • Transformation & Change Support
  • Contribute to workshops, showcases, and working sessions by helping prepare materials, capture insights, and follow up on actions.
  • Support simple change and engagement activities that help teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and what success looks like.
  • Insights, Tracking & Storytelling
  • Prepare concise dashboards, summaries, or presentation materials that communicate initiative progress, adoption signals, or key learnings.
  • Help turn complex or scattered information into clear messages for leadership or team use.
  • Research & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct light research on emerging AI tools, external practices, or internal learnings and bring back relevant insights for discussion.
  • Identify patterns or improvement opportunities in how work is organized, communicated, or tracked.

4. Exposure & Team Environment
The intern will work within the Transformation & Agile team and will have opportunities to engage with colleagues across Digital, Technology, business, and change-oriented roles. Depending on the work assigned, the intern may interact with agile coaches, portfolio stakeholders, regional office stakeholder, and team members involved in AI or transformation initiatives.
The internship will include regular guidance, practical feedback, and coaching. The intern will not be expected to operate independently without support; instead, the role is designed to combine structured supervision with enough ownership to create real development and confidence.

5. Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a student who shows strong learning agility, curiosity, and ownership potential. Ideal candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Data, Engineering, Design, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, digital innovation, transformation, or how organizations improve the way work gets done.
  • Structured and analytical thinking, with the ability to break down problems and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Confidence working with PowerPoint, Excel, AI Chatbots, or similar tools to organize information and present insights.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative environment and learning from feedback.
  • A proactive mindset, with willingness to contribute, experiment, and take ownership of defined work.

Exposure to tools or concepts such as M365 Copilot, automation, data analysis, process improvement, or AI-related tools is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

6. Internship Structure & Commitment
This is a full-time internship running from June to August. The intern is expected to commit to the full internship period and actively participate in project work, team activities, and learning opportunities. The role is designed to provide meaningful contribution and development, with clear guidance and practical exposure throughout the program.

7. What the Intern Will Gain

  • Hands-on exposure to real transformation and AI-related initiatives in a professional enterprise environment.
  • Experience turning ideas, observations, and scattered information into structured outputs that support decision making.
  • Mentorship and feedback from experienced practitioners involved in transformation, change, and digital delivery.
  • A stronger foundation for future careers in technology, digital, consulting, product, transformation, or innovation-related roles.
  • A clearer understanding of how AI is applied responsibly and practically to improve work and outcomes.
