Our Summer Internship Program offers students hands‑on experience in the insurance and financial services industry. As a leading global provider of insurance, financial advice, and wealth and asset management solutions, Manulife helps people make their decisions easier and lives better.

Position Responsibilities:

As a Manulife Summer Intern, you may:

  • Support daytoday operations and assist teams in delivering business initiatives across various business streams.

  • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.

  • Participate in team discussions to contribute fresh perspectives and ideas.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to support ongoing projects and process improvements.

  • Learn and apply industry knowledge related to insurance, financial services, and your assigned functional area.

  • Assist in enhancing customer experience and supporting digital, operational, and productrelated initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduates with a Bachelor's Degree or above in any disciplines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic corporate environment.

  • Able to commit to the full internship period on a full-time basis (June to August 2026).
