Job Description

Your role:
  • Communication to build positive employee experiences> 

  • Internal communication message editing with photographs, videos to enhance communication effectiveness

  • Assist new employee on/off boarding process which include social insurance enrollment/withdraw, on-boarding orientation and probation-ending interview arrangement.  

  • National Health Insurance report/bill quarterly submission 

  • Generate, compile, track and file HR related documents and reports

  • PO creation and payment management 

  • Other HR support requested by HR Leader

  • Major in human resource or related majors

  • Can attend internship of 3-5 days for 6-12 months
