About Our Program
You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.
1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business innovation strategies, including model design and project incubation (e.g., insurance innovation, automotive product lifecycle management), ensuring alignment with phased objectives.
2. Strategic Client Development: Cultivate partnerships with key clients (e.g., new energy OEMs, battery manufacturers), establish collaboration frameworks, and oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, revenue generation, and payment collection.
3. Operational System Design: Create standardized training programs and store operation SOPs. Leverage data analytics to optimize sales, inventory management, and aftermarket service efficiency.
4. Digital Marketing & Engagement: Manage digital platforms (e.g., Douyin, RedNote) to drive customer acquisition via content creation, targeted advertising, and live streaming. Build a robust digital marketing funnel to generate high-quality leads.
