Additionally, they will actively contribute creative solutions to projects and processes while helping with daily operations and continuous process improvement.

About the Role

Unser zentrales Team in der Montage bei der BMW Group konzentriert sich auf die Optimierung von Shopfloor- und Führungsprozessen. Während deines Praktikums erhältst du tiefe Einblicke in Lean Management und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisationsprozesse bei.

 

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Shopfloor- und Führungsprozessen in einem zentralen Team der Montage.
  • Außerdem wirkst du mit bei der Planung und Durchführung von internen KATA-Coaching-Schulungen für Führungskräfte.
  • Darüber hinaus trägst du durch eigene Ideen und kreative Lösungsansätze aktiv zur Gestaltung von Projekten und Prozessen bei.
  • Zudem hilfst du im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung mit.

 

Was bringst du mit?

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Organisationstalent.
