Intern - Advance Quality

Job Summary:

The Advance Quality intern will assist the Advance Quality Engineer in ensuring that samples of products development meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role provides hands-on experience in quality methodologies, data analysis, and process improvements. The intern will be involved in various activities that support the achievement of project quality goals while gaining exposure to the project development and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Quality Analysis

   • Assist in dimensional measurement and product analysis using tools such as dial gauge, calipers, and micrometers.
   • Assist analyze quality metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

2. Process Validation & Control

   • Support implementation and monitoring of quality control tools such as Process Capability Study, and review FMEA, and Control Plans with cross functional team before release for SOP.

3. Documentation & Reporting

   • To assist on PPAP documentation preparation, Part Inspection Sheet (PIS), Kusanone check sheet, and other related document during project preparation.

4. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving

   • Support and participate in 8D problem-solving, Fishbone Diagrams, and corrective action activities.

5. Continuous Improvement Projects

• Engage in improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen.
