 Job Description

  • Assisting in organizing event, managing social media calendar
  • Creating relevant materials (content/vids) for daily postings.
  • Assisting in preparing marketing collaterals for residential projects
  • Assisting in collecting information about property market, social-economic conditions
  • Assisting in documentation and other clerical jobs that are non-classified in nature
  • Other tasks assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements

  • Students of fresh graduate in Marketing or relating majors
  • Proven basic knowledge in Marketing
  • Detailed oriented, ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Passion for branding and storytelling.
