Logistics Intern

Acerca del Rol

Esta posición te permitirá adquirir una visión completa del área de Logística dentro de la planta de Essity en Telde. Como Logistics Intern, colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo para apoyar actividades clave relacionadas con la gestión de flujos, coordinación con áreas internas y análisis de información. Reportarás al Logistics Manager y trabajarás onsite a tiempo completo durante 6 meses, con posibilidad de renovación.

Responsabilidades del puesto

  • Gestión administrativa: Apoyar en tareas de archivo, registro, organización documental y mantenimiento de datos logísticos.

  • Soporte operativo: Dar apoyo al equipo preparando presentaciones, realizando consultas y análisis básicos, y colaborando en reuniones internas.

  • Gestión de flujos logísticos: Asegurar la correcta coordinación de los flujos inbound y outbound entre almacenes y mercado local.

  • Disponibilidad de producto: Coordinar con Customer Service y Supply Chain en situaciones de falta de stock para minimizar impacto en clientes.

  • Transporte: Dar soporte en la gestión de capacidad y calidad del transporte para entradas y entregas.

  • Datos maestros: Realizar el mantenimiento correspondiente en sistemas para asegurar información actualizada y fiable.

  • Participación en proyectos: Colaborar en iniciativas del área aportando análisis, seguimiento y soporte general.

Quien eres

  • Actualmente cursando estudios universitarios en logística, cadena de suministro, administración, economía u otro campo relacionado.

  • Deseable primera experiencia académica o prácticas relacionadas con logística o Supply Chain.

  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas digitales (Excel, sistemas de gestión y manejo de datos).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización, trabajo en equipo y atención al detalle.

  • Nivel de inglés B2.
