About the Role

Your mission

We're thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting-edge technology with the future of sustainable energy! As our O&M Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation and meticulous documentation of our projects. Curious what this is all about? 
 
 Let’s dive right in:

  • Manage internal and external project documents, maintaining filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Support the creation of protocol formulas for documentation submissions within projects.
  • Perform Quality Control (QC) and editing of study documents before uploading to the document management system.
  • Implement documentation and change control using electronic systems.
  • Review proposed changes to controlled documents and escalate risks to the PMO.
  • Administer the submittal process according to company and customer standards.
  • Follow up and control O&M tickets.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job sites through collaboration with the purchasing department.


Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • An engineering background (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred).
  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or a recent graduate (within 2-3 years).
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • A solid language package: English and Spanish (both C1 level).
  • A creative and passionate individual with an upbeat spirit and a "Yes, we can" mentality.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and task-oriented.
