About the Role

BECARIO/A INTELIGENCIA OPERATIVA / PROCESOS

Prácticas remuneradas

Ubicación: CR Pozuelo, 50. Majadahonda. Madrid.                 

Horario: de 08:00 a 15:00

Modalidad: Presencial

Duración de la beca: 6 meses + 6 meses prorrogables.

Incorporación:  Abril 2026

                                              

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO                               

Desarrollarse en la función de Automatización dentro del área de Inteligencia Operativa y Procesos

                       

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO                    

  • Elaboración de documentación de definición de procesos de cara a implantar soluciones de automatización de procesos en MAPFRE ESPAÑA (principalmente RPAs y Workflows/BPMs), con una visión global sobre la oportunidad de optimización y automatización de procesos en todas las áreas.                                      

     

  • Realizar el seguimiento de iniciativas de automatización, con foco la implantación de las mismas y monitorizando las eficiencias.                                             

     

  • Innovación/Exploración en nuevas tecnologías/metdologías que permitan optimizar los procesos de la compañía.                                       

     

  • Ejecución de otros proyectos de rediseño/reingeniería estratégicos dentro del área, con visión transversal de procesos, identificando sinergias e impactos cross e impulsando procesos disruptivos de automatización y digitalización                                 

 

FORMACION Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS                                    

  • Estudiante de ADE / Económicas
