Deshalb geben wir Studierenden bei uns nicht nur die Gelegenheit zum Zuhören, sondern auch zum Mitreden und Weiterdenken.

 

Unser Team bei der BMW Group widmet sich der Karosserie-Entwicklung bei BMW Motorrad. Wir entwickeln innovative Karosseriebauteile, die Design, Funktionalität und Leichtbau vereinen. Während deines Praktikums erhältst du wertvolle Einblicke in Konstruktionsprozesse und additive Fertigung.

 

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du unterstützt das Entwicklungsteam bei der Konstruktion von Karosseriebauteilen.
  • Außerdem wirkst du mit bei der Durchführung von Package-Untersuchungen.
  • Darüber hinaus erhältst du Einblicke in die Bauteilkonstruktion mit Catia V5.
  • Zudem betreust du unsere 3D-Drucker, dazu gehören Vorbereitung, Drucken und Nachbearbeitung von additiv gefertigten Bauteilen sowie die Planung der Druckaufträge.
  • Des Weiteren unterstützt du bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen in Excel und PowerPoint und hilfst bei Einbauversuchen mit Rapid-Prototyping-Teilen.

 

Was bringst du mit?

  • Studium des Fahrzeug-, Maschinen-, Leichtbaus oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Catia V5.
  • Erfahrung in Konstruktion und Leichtbau sowie in der Gestaltung von Kunststoffteilen.
  • Beherrschung der gängigen Office-Programme wie Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Leidenschaft für Motorräder.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und konversationsfähige Englischkenntnisse.
