About the Role

Job Description

Your mission/impact:

 

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Strategic Recruitment department, your role will be to provide daily support to the Talent Acquisition Leads in managing the recruitment process from A to Z.

 

Your Responsibilities will include:

 

Participation in the management of the end-to-end recruitment cycle:

 

  • CV and application screening
  • Direct approach of candidates (sourcing/headhunting)
  • Conducting interviews in partnership with Talent Acquisition Leads
  • Monitoring applications throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing candidate relations until the hiring date to ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Verifying the consistency of job descriptions provided by Managers and monitoring the correct use of the SuccessFactors (SAP) tool throughout the process.
  • Updating the candidate database to ensure its relevance and completeness.
  • Managing applications and optimizing the talent pool.

 

Providing Support and overseeing TA department projects:

 

  • Managing our spontaneous application process and talent pool
  • Optimization projects on our recruitment ATS (SuccessFactors)
  • Participation at Job Forums, recruitment events organized by the company
  • Ad hoc projects enhancing our recruitment process and TA capabilities

Candidate Profile

Your profile:

 

  • You're currently completing a Master’s degree (HR, Business, or related field)
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • You already have 1 prior experience in talent acquisition or an HR related role
  • Passionate about recruitment and building great teams, you're comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders effectively
  • Fluency in English, any other languages are a plus
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • You use data to make informed decisions and understand the importance of analysis
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, and ideally ATS tools like SuccessFactors
  • You're a team player with a growth mindset and a positive attitude
  • Strong interest to leverage technologies to optimize our ways of working
