You’ll play an active role, leveraging Generative AI, to help foster inclusive experiences, support our global employee networks, and scale community & philanthropic-focused initiatives. .

This Co-op provides a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between human-centric work and data-driven AI automation, ensuring our programs are as scalable, accessible and effective as possible.
About This Role (Responsibilities)
As the Inclusion and Impact Co-op, you will be a key driver in moving from "data to action." Your responsibilities will include:
- Program Coordination & Community Support: Assist with the programming and coordination of development workshops and events for our Toast employee networks, while simultaneously supporting the local sourcing and activations of milestone philanthropic and community-based events.
- Content & Accessibility: Curate and develop global learning content and resources. You will specifically lead the creation of generative AI prompts and resourcing to audit and improve the accessibility and inclusive impact of our internal programs and documents.
- Impact Analytics: Maintain and update performance dashboards to track the impact of initiatives, ensuring our leadership has a clear view of our progress.
- AI Strategy & Automation: Support the team in auditing current workflows to identify opportunities for AI implementation. You will help develop add-ons and tools to analyze impact metrics more efficiently.
- Mission-Driven Storytelling: Leverage AI to transform lived experience narratives into compelling content that highlights both inclusive culture and our restaurant community changemakers.
Do You Have the Right Ingredients? (Requirements)
- Ability to work onsite in Boston for the duration of the co-op with a firm start date in July 2026 and an end date in December 2026
- Strong interest in HR, , employee engagement, philanthropy and social impact
- Comfortable leveraging different Artificial Intelligence platforms to unlock workflow efficiencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to consistently bring enthusiasm and a "growth mindset" to the team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data/dashboards and translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across global teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
