Job Responsibilities:

 

•    Assist in the design and development of training programs within Corporate Services 
•    Support onboarding program coordination and continuous improvement efforts
•    Assist with the development, distribution, and analysis of employee engagement and pulse surveys
•    Compile and summarize survey results and identify trends and themes
•    Research industry best practices in leadership development, career pathways, and succession planning
•    Help develop training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and participant resources
 

Job Qualifications: 


•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Experience working within Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Power Point.
•    Experience working within design applications such as Microsoft Publisher, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
•    Comfortable working with all different levels of leadership. 
•    Strong organizational skills.
•    Must have own means of reliable transportation.
•    Student should be pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
