Intern, Sales Support


ADVANTAGES OF TAKING THIS INTERNSHIP
 

• Gain experience in fundamentals of order management and customer service flows.
   
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce.
   
• Interaction with sales, logistics, and customer support teams.
   
• Development of basic analytical and professional skills.
  
  
  
  INTERN’S ROLE
  
   
• Support simple analyses to identify delays and backlogs.
   
• Support order follow-up and status monitoring in SAP and internal systems.
   
• Assist in basic order corrections (quantity, dates, pricing checks) under supervision. 
   
• Maintain and update Excel trackers related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
   
• Help check part availability and delivery ETA using SAP reports.
   
  
  
  PROFILE REQUIRED
  
  
   
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or
  related fields.
   
•  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
   
• Interest in sales operations, data analysis, or customer service.
   
• English / Spanish (reading and writing). ( not mandatory )
