Requirements

Internship Overview: As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in one or more of the following areas:

· Accounting & Finance

· Marketing & Communications

· Onsite Property Management

· Corporate Administration

· Yardi Systems & Tech Support

· Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

· General Operations Support


What You'll Do:

· Assist in day-to-day departmental tasks

· Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects

· Learn industry-specific tools and software (e.g., Yardi)

· Conduct research, prepare reports, and support key initiatives

· Gain insight into the inner workings of a property management firm


What We're Looking For:

· Currently enrolled in a college or university program (related majors preferred but not required)

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (additional software skills a plus)

· Interest in real estate, property management, or business operations
