  • Coordinate gourmet orders across Hot Line, Cold Kitchen, and Pastry departments
  • Conduct final quality checks to ensure every order is picture-perfect and 100% accurate
  • Oversee premium packaging for aircraft galleys and luxury lounge displays
  • Dispatch delivery drivers and manage timing — because planes don't wait
  • Manage special requests like curated wines, fresh florals, and custom amenities for ultra-high-end clients
