Here, diversity is a driver of our success.   The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Intern to support the Director of Food & Beverage while gaining hands-on experience across Front of House operations and all club outlets. This internship is designed for hospitality students seeking real-world exposure to private club dining, banquet execution, beverage programming, and operational leadership. Interns will develop a strong understanding of elevated service standards while contributing meaningfully to daily operations and exceptional member experiences. Duties and Functions Service & Member Experience: Assist with daily dining operations across all club outlets, supporting fine dining, pub, pool, and banquet services as needed. They are expected to provide attentive and proactive service to both members and guests, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout each interaction. Front of House Operations: Support daily Front of House operations across all outlets by stepping into various roles throughout the club. Build knowledge of each FOH position and how they contribute to daily service and events. Assist during events and operational needs as assigned, review BEOs(Banquet Event Orders) to understand execution planning, and observe pre-shift meetings and post-event recaps to gain insight into overall service coordination.   Beverage & Product Knowledge: Gain exposure to the club’s wine, beer, and cocktail programs while assisting with inventory procedures and bar setup. Develop an understanding of beverage cost controls and product ordering processes, and participate in curated tastings and product education to strengthen overall product knowledge. Operational Exposure: Gain operational exposure by observing scheduling, staffing models, and labor planning. Assist with POS systems and daily reporting while supporting opening and closing procedures. Develop an understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by assisting with menu updates and outlet communications. Help with inventory counts and tracking, and contribute to daily service recap documentation to support overall operational organization and follow-through. Internship Learning Plan & Development Goals Week 1-2: Orientation & Service Foundations Introduction to Creighton Farms' service philosophy. Shadow leadership team across outlets. Learn club standards and luxury hospitality expectations. Week 3-6: Operational Immersion Active participation in daily service. Assist in banquet execution and event support. Introduction to beverage program fundamentals. Exposure to staffing and scheduling systems. Week 7-9: Leadership & Ownership Lead a pre-shift meeting segment. Assist in coordinating one banquet or member event. Participate in inventory and cost control processes. Analyze service flow and recommend improvements. Week 10: Final Week – Capstone & Presentation Present key takeaways and operational improvement proposal. Execute an Intern-Led Staff Appreciation Initiative. Participate in exit interview and career planning discussion. Qualifications Standards Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional demeanor and polished presentation. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for food, beverage, and luxury hospitality.
