About the Role
 

 

The Intern will provide support to the functional team they support in day-to-day operations, projects, and administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to business practices, and professional development opportunities while contributing to the success of the organization. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
·       Assist with assigned projects and tasks under the guidance of department staff.
·       Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data as needed.
·       Support team meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items.
·       Maintain accurate documentation and records related to department processes.
·       Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and contribute new ideas.
·       Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY 
 
·       Reports to Management Direct Supervisor job title(s) Typically include: Management and supervisory roles 
·       Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g. hiring/termination and/pay decisions, performance management. Job title example(s) of employees directly supervised: No Direct Reports  
 
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 
 
·       This is a learning role and may be the first job for the intern. 
·       Gain exposure to real-world projects and business operations. 
·       Develop skills in various topics. Examples may include specific skills based on department, e.g., HR analytics, project management, financial reporting. 
·       Network with professionals and participate in mentorship opportunities. 
·       Receive feedback and performance evaluations to support career development. 
WORK SCHEDULE 
 
Work schedule will vary on position and interns school schedule. This should be defined during the interviewing process for the following criteria: 
·       Internship duration: [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 10–12 weeks, Summer 2026].

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 
 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
