About The Role

We’re hiring a Summer MBA Intern to work across our Markets & Growth teams on high-priority expansion initiatives.

This role is a mix of strategy, customer insight, and hands-on execution. You’ll identify new opportunities within the marketplace, validate them through data and user research, and help bring them to life — from idea to real-world testing, launching and early scaling.

This is not a “just strategy” internship — you’ll be expected to move quickly from insight → action → iteration, and will have real ownership over projects that directly impact the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across the marketplace

  • Analyze user behavior, supply dynamics, and marketplace trends to inform strategy

  • Conduct customer interviews and research to validate hypotheses

  • Design and execute early-stage tests to bring new ideas to life

  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Markets, and Operations to drive execution

  • Build and document playbooks based on what works

  • Continuously iterate based on performance and learnings

  • Measure and report on results

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing an MBA

  • Strong analytical skills — you’re highly comfortable working in spreadsheets and using data to drive decisions

  • Experience in strategy, consulting, or similar problem-solving environments

    • Ideally paired with hands-on startup, growth, or operational experience

  • Scrappy and action-oriented — you excited to build from 0 → 1, not just ideate

  • You’ve built or executed something before (startup, side project, program, etc.)

  • Comfortable talking to customers and gathering insights directly; social and engaging

  • Highly organized — you can manage multiple workstreams and turn ambiguity into structure, quickly

  • Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative and follow through

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketplaces, consumer apps, or e-commerce

  • Experience with customer research or user interviews

  • Experience launching new verticals or market expansion

  • Passion for fashion, culture, and community-driven products
