1. Process Support Activities
Support process engineers in daily manufacturing operations by assisting with routine process support tasks for PVD, CVD, and Reflow processes.
2. Process Data Collection & Monitoring
Collect, organize, and validate process-related data (e.g., key parameters, run conditions, and tool outputs) to support ongoing process monitoring and evaluation.
3. Defect Observation & Basic Analysis Support
Assist engineers in reviewing defect data and wafer maps, summarizing observations, and supporting preliminary defect trend identification under supervision.
4. Process Documentation Maintenance
Update and maintain process-related documentation, including process summaries, experiment records, and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy and proper version control.
5. Process Issue Tracking Support
Support tracking of process-related issues by updating logs, preparing summaries, and assisting engineers in following up on corrective and preventive actions.
6. Continuous Process Improvement Support
Participate in process improvement activities by assisting with data preparation, result comparison, and basic analysis for process optimization initiatives.
7. Compliance with Fab & Process Requirements
Follow all fab safety, cleanroom, and process control requirements, and support adherence to internal process standards and audit readiness expectations.
