About the Role

Global Broking Summer Internship Programme 2026, Hong Kong

Looking for a Summer Internship in 2026 in a real-life broking environment? If so, we are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in our Structured Finance Product team.

The opportunity:

Our Summer Internship will give you the opportunity to gain unique insight into the role of a financial intermediatory, and a view into how the world’s largest Inter-Dealer Broker functions. While day-to-day responsibilities will vary, the programme offers an incredible opportunity to build your foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences to build a career in this space.

Ideal candidates will be excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment. If you consider yourself a strong communicator with a delivery mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a 12 week-long structured programme offering on-the job learning, coaching and mentorship from experienced colleagues in the Broking space.

Our internship will start in the beginning of June 2026 and offers the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience. These positions are located in our Wan Chai, Hong Kong offices.

What we require from you:

  • You will be a student in your final year of studies.
  • The ability to demonstrate a clear interest in a career within the Financial Services industry.
  • Outgoing with a passion for working with people, the ability to navigate ambiguity and someone who thrives in a position which requires a delivery mindset.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Understands ideas and has a viewpoint on the markets and economy.
  • Coding/programming skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Prior exposure to the Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Any other Asian language skills such as Cantonese and Japanese would be beneficial.
  • An eye for detail.
