Job Description

MARKETING APAC INTERN 

6 months, starting Jun/Jul 2026 

 

 

Opportunities & Exposure 

Activation Calendar & Trade Plan 

  • Oversee the animation calendar to ensure it is fully updated 

  • Manage and update the full-year Trade Plan according to changes from Markets, and carry out detailed analysis of YOY trade data by line and by Market 

 

Animation Planning & Preparation 

  • Assist the Marketing team in the feedback of activity proposals from the Markets (podiums, offline activities, and in-store events) 

  • Assist the Marketing team in developing trade tools adapted to APAC markets for all activations across the region 

  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure efficient coordination of trade tool production and delivery to the Markets 

 

E-Commerce/Digital activations 

  • Assist the Marketing team in providing in-store VM guidelines and feedback to the Markets  

  • Assist the Marketing team in developing VM display tools adapted to APAC markets 

  • Coordinate with HQ for the update and enhancement of E-commerce site 

  • E-monitoring of edoors on product launches and image  

  • Coordinate TR APAC digital activities with Area Manager, the retailers and HQ 

  • In charge of the approval process of online activities (Banner, social content creation, KOL posts….) with HQ and the Markets 

 

Competition Research & Analysis 

  • Prepare monthly newsletter detailing key competitor offline and online animations 

  • Monthly monitoring of competitor product positioning in key markets 

  • Mystery shopping to monitor competition best practices and key launches 

  • Conduct in-depth research about industry best practice in terms of Trade Marketing, new launches, and promotion plans (ability to leverage on Chinese sources is required) 

 

Regional Team support 

  • Support the Regional team for any ad hoc request 

  • Support the team in the financial processing of quotations, invoices and updating of budget expenses 

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Able to commit full time internship from Jun/Jul 2026 to Dec 2026 

  • Previous experience in the beauty / luxury / FMCG industries is an advantage 

  • Team-spirited with an international outlook 

  • Enthusiastic about and sensitive to luxury cosmetics 

  • Strong understanding of Brand Image 

  • Organized, autonomous with a sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills 

  • Competent on Excel and PowerPoint
