About the Role

Job Description

LVMH Fragrance Brands – Marketing Intern 

Digital & Communications Marketing  

  • Assist in the creation of digital assets and banners for e-retail channels 

  • Support social media content planning, including managing the content calendar and artwork preparation across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand 

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and tracking of social visibility on key retailer platforms 

  • Support PR campaign launches, including coordination and execution 

  • Assist with PR requisitions to ensure sufficient product stocks for launches 

  • Liaise with PR agencies to ensure timely delivery of products to partners 

  • Maintain and update post-campaign reports to track performance 

  • Monitor competitors’ PR and e-commerce activities and compile monthly reports 

  • Assist with Digital NIF submissions for Sephora product listings 

  • Ensure timely launch and accuracy of product listings across department store platforms 

  • Support CRM initiatives, including EDM planning and setup 

 

Trade/Retail & Product Marketing 

  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, including vendor sourcing and liaison with internal stakeholders  

  • Support the organization and execution of off-site events  

  • Communicate with Beauty Consultants to ensure alignment on upcoming promotions and activities  

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of trade marketing activities  

  • Prepare and update in-store communication materials and artworks  

  • Assist with product registration and price maintenance  

  • Monitor competitors’ activities, including new product launches and in-store animations, and compile monthly reports  

  • Support the preparation of post-event and post-launch reports to track performance and ROI 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Able to commit full time internship from Jun/Jul 2026 to Dec 2026
  • Previous experience in the beauty / luxury / FMCG industries is an advantage
  • Team-spirited with an international outlook
  • Enthusiastic about and sensitive to luxury cosmetics
  • Strong understanding of Brand Image
  • Organized, autonomous with a sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills
  • Competent on Excel and PowerPoint
