About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our instructor hiring efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS
- Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience
- Support the team in closing positions within defined timelines
Eligibility
- Recent graduates (any discipline; however, technical backgrounds are preferred)
- Prior internship/experience in HR or recruitment is a plus

- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Remote
- Shift - Semi night shift (5 PM to 2.30/3 AM)
